Term and Conditions

Puppy Training Items to Bring

Your puppy must be wearing a harness and lead (no extending leads or choke chains).
LOTS of high-value treats! Hotdog sausages, cocktail sausages, cheese, or whatever your puppy loves most. These should be chopped into small pieces (about half the size of a 5p).
A treat bag (preferably one you can attach to yourself). If you don’t have one, wear something with easy-access pockets for treats.
A clicker – a useful training tool. You can find these in most pet shops or online for around £2 to £3.
Your puppy’s vaccination certificate for the first class.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you cannot attend, so we can make adjustments. If a space cannot be filled after booking no refund is given, it may not be available for future rescheduling.
Class Details and Terms
Our 8-week positive reinforcement puppy training class focuses on building strong foundations using kind, science-based, reward-focused techniques. Each session will include 10-15 minutes of socialization, allowing puppies to interact in a safe, supervised setting.
By booking, you agree to the following:
We only use positive, reward-based methods. Harsh handling or aversive tools (such as prong or choke collars) are not allowed. Using aversives can limit the success of reward-based training.
You must commit to practicing at home between sessions to achieve your training goals.
Please inform us of any illnesses, disabilities, or concerning behaviors your puppy may have, as well as any heat cycles.
If your puppy becomes stressed, I may pause or stop the session for their welfare.
Nala's Trails Canine Care & Training is not responsible for any loss or injury during or outside of training, unless due to negligence.
Photos of your puppy may be used on social media unless you opt out at registration.
Cancellations must be made at least a week in advance. Missed cancellations will incur the full session cost. If you book onto the full class for 8 weeks refunds are not given unless the space can be filled.
Full payment is required upon booking to secure your space in the class. Please note that if payment is not received, the space will be offered to another puppy.
Thank you for understanding! Let's get ready to train and have fun together!
